There does not seem to be an "Overline" feature in Word.
The effects check boxes include many options including but not limited to
strikethrough. However when typing logical functions that require an
"Overline" to negate the variables, Word does not seem to support this. Has
no one at Microsoft ever read Alfred Whitehead?
