Greetings. I am using VISTA and Office 2007 / MS Word.
I need to align rows of text (not necessarily for printing, but for on
screen viewing), such as follows:
For score and seven years ago ...
Four score and ten years ago ...
For score and fifteen years ago ...
Now I deliberately exaggerated the mis-alignments above to illustrate the
problem. Now if I use the Courier font, a fixed-spacing font, the alignment
is OK, of course. But the font itself is kind of unsightly.
Are there any other fonts available or any other method I could use to make
sure the rows (and particular words) are properly aligned, to look like this
(not exactly aligned, because of the fonts I have to use in this post, but
you get the point, I'm sure)?:
