Where is the Tools Menu in the Fonts folder?

Hi All,

I'd like to change my fonts every now and then but don't know where to
find them. Could someone please tell me where they are an how to use them?

What operating system?
In most, you can find the Fonts folder by using Control Panel-Fonts

This may be a little old but the idea is still there:
