You skip the unwanted pages by printing the page ranges you want.

You skip the unwanted pages by printing the page ranges you want.
What the OP is looking for is an automatic process that will do
something like:

IF Page contains "this text string" skip. Else Print
Next Page

I'm afraid he wants more than what even a simple script could
accomplish. Maybe a program that reads a .prn file and analyzes it to
create a new print document. Not likely to find any kind of
off-the-shelf solution.

It's the kind of thing that a systems analyst wouldn't even look at
without first asking exactly why he wants this done and then seeking a
completely different approach to whatever the REAL problem is.

If I coulda I woulda :(

As I said, there IS no simple solution. If the page breaks are manual,
and there are definitive page breaks in the document(s), then it MIGHT
be possible to generate a .prn file - or maybe even use the original
.doc file - and write a relatively simple program to scan the file,
look for the "evil" text and delete everything between the previous
page break and the byte preceding the next one.

Whether an approach like that is feasible at all depends on whether it
would corrupt the files, and would take more knowledge of the internal
file structure of a .doc or .prn file than I have.

How about using a search and replace? Highlight the text that you don't
want to print and copy into the search box. Place a space or other
character into the replace box. Search the document for the text and
replace it with a space or other character. Save the the new file with a
new name and print it.
